Happy Easter

I stayed up til late working on these Easter boxes for the boys. You know how an idea gets in your head, or you see something, and you have to do it. Get it out of my head. Is that Challenge Peer Pressure? Hehe. The box is from SCS http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/gablebox/ and of course with my cowgirl flair. Thanks Crystal, for the idea how to color hair. I wanted the horses to look sorrel which is slightly red/brown. So I put red copic first then brown. She's got cute stuff at the Rustic Daisy. Thanks Girl!! The Stamps are Charlie from CDS and the background on the box is a SU wheel.what am I putting in them? teenage boys like gas cards, $ and gum.

  1. Codi Jo, this is spectacular!! I LOVE Charlie, and I love your little boxes. Your boys should really appreciate those, and I totally hear you about not being able to get ideas out of your head until you've done them ;)

  2. Found you through Crystal's blog and sure glad I did. I love your country take on the cards! I live in Iowa too, about 30 miles south of Des Moines. I had horses for years but my last one, Dolly, died a couple years ago and I don't have the heart to get another. She was my baby and lived to the ripe ole age of 38. There will never be another like her.

  5. I love how you punched out the stars then used them to embellish, so cute! Sorry, I had a typo in the other post, didn't know they would leave it!
