It's getting close to Father's Day, so I made up this card for my dad. I used the Got Tractor set from Clear Dollar Stamps. I will enter this card for a chance to be the June Guest Design Team member. I was excited to use my heat emboss tool to give the white in this card a distressed, old look. I held it over the paper to "brown" it a little. (I'm wondering if I could make smores with that thing!!) The striped paper is Basic Grey Granola. The background that has the old paper look is a paper bag that I got when i bought goodies at a boutique. Cut it up and reusing it. I love the brads that look like pearl shirt snaps, which my dad has always worn. Enjoy being with your dad or remembering him on Father's Day.

    Love this card!!! I want that image!!! Jeff just bought himself a John Deere mower...the only brand he will buy!!!

    Dont ya love your heat gun...LOL I think you could melt down metal with it!!!!

    You did a great job with this challenge! Your card looks great, coloring is perfect and i love how you aged your paper. Looks fantastic! Good luck with the guest designer spot!

    Oh, what a fabulous masculine card! I like the coloring, the paper and the different brads you used and those ribbon loops! Wonderfully put together!
